Oversee estimation exercises for projects awarded to Network department.
Reporting to the Estimating Engineer, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate quantity of materials, prepare quotations and costing for tenders
- Carry out site surveys as and when required
- Make off quantities from plans and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Maintain and update a pricing database for equipment and materials
- Create and update clients’ data on computerized system
- Prepare claims for all maintenance jobs
Qualifications & Experience:
- HSC and/or Diploma in Telecommunication & IT
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in estimating
Other Requisites:
- Self-organizer with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
