Trainee – Card Operations (11-months contract)

The Trainee – Card Operations is responsible to execute all the day-to-day activities/ tasks of the unit. This role acts as a maker and support seniors or other colleagues to ensure proper data capture, filing and scanning of customers applications as per bank’s process, procedures & policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 The key responsibilities are not limited to the following:

• Ensure processing of customer requests – Card, Internet Banking and other related products of the bank.
• Ensure that all tasks assigned are attended timely.
• Diligently ensures Data integrity and consistency with respect to all Data on system.
• Ensure compliance and adherence with the prevailing Bank policies, regulator policies, law, and Credit policy guide and be always up to date with same.
• Ensure to abide by procedures in place and meet the defined SLA for all activities performed within Operations.
• Provide assistance during audits and projects
• Strive to exceed all performance targets
• Any other adhoc duties

 PREREQUISITES:

• Higher School Certificate or an alternative qualification from a recognized institution in a field of study relevant to the scope of work and acceptable to the Bank.

 SKILLS:

• Well versed with Microsoft Office specifically in Excel.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good working attitude.
• Good time management skills.
