We are seeking a Trading Desk Coordinator for our global investment platform, focused on managing client accounts and collaborating with financial advisors. This dynamic role involves client interaction, record keeping, and solution building to enhance client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Address inquiries from both local and international clients.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate records of trades, positions, and transactions for transparency.
- Communication: Use strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Solution Building: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement efficient solutions tailored to their needs.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and economic indicators.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in computer programs, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Persistence and a willingness to learn on the job.
Experience and Education:- Graduate or professional qualification in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience; experience in Global Business, Banking Custody, or the Financial Services Sector is advantageous.
Remuneration - Salary will be commensurate with experience and within the Company’s salary bands
