Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: To process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in product selection and quantities.
- Sales Target: To achieve monthly sales targets set by the Management.
- Sales Acumen: To respond to inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Team Collaboration: To work in collaboration with the Sales Team for better coordination and to improve customer service level.
- Customer Relationships: To build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
- Higher School Certificate.
- Experience as Telesales Agent or any other customer service role.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical retail industry.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software (ERP) and telephone systems.
- Dynamic and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and typing skills.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and handle complaints.
