As part of its growth strategy, a London based firm is looking for Telesales Advisors to join its team.
The positions are office based and centrally located in Mauritius, and you would be calling UK based businesses with hours of work being 09:00-18:00 (UK Time) Monday to Friday.
The right candidate will need to be an excellent telephone communicator, be very proficient in communicating in English and have recent telesales experience making a high amount of B2B calls.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the skill for achieving genuine sales development and be an adept account manager. We are looking for individuals with a can do attitude who are keen on a career growth in telesales and account management.
Essential Criteria & Duties:
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and be well organised
A proven track record in sales
Experience in the Food and Drinks sector will be an advantage
A self-starter with drive for success and a positive manner
Strong communicator with interpersonal skills
Focussed to hit targets and reach out to new contacts as well as existing ones
Be able to respond well under pressure and meet deadlines
Building and maintaining good Customer relationships
Follow up on new leads and identify new opportunities
To act as a point of contact between our customers and our organisation
Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to facilitate sales transactions
To have a good understanding of our product offerings and being able to demonstrate their unique selling points
To be able to use digital platforms for data input and management
Be target driven and have good upselling skills

Salary : Rs 25,000 - Rs 31,000 + bonus
