We are looking for an experienced Telephony Expert to design, deploy, and maintain our unified communications solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Design of telephony architectures
- Installation and configuration of PBX systems
- Management of deployment projects
- Incident resolution and corrective maintenance
Candidate profile:
- Engineering degree in telecommunications or equivalent
- Minimum 3Â years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in VOIP, SIP, ISDN protocols, PBX systems, call centers, unified communications, and quality of service
- Experience integrating telephony systems in complex environments
- Good knowledge of IP networks
- Valid driver's license compulsory
- Available to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a professional attitude
