Job Profile

Rey & Lenferna Ltd is looking for skilled and motivated Technician (Tyre/Wheel Alignment) to assist in the installation, repairs, balancing, rotation, and inspection of related products, ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

• Check tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Fix punctures, replace damaged tyres, and install new ones.
• Perform tyre rotations, wheel balancing, and alignments.
• Advise customers on tyre options, maintenance, and performance issues.
• Conduct tests and interpret results to recommend effective solutions.
• Perform testing on specific parts and systems to ensure proper function.
• Ensure quality and timely repairs with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Any other cognate duties as assigned by the HOD.

Qualifications & Experience

• School Certificate.
• NC1 or NC2 qualified.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Familiar with tyre maintenance and repair.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Good team player.
• Detail Oriented.
