Technician (Aqualia Ltd)

Aqualia Ltd is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Technician to update and implement preventive maintenance at the Factory and to take necessary corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in similar position is a definite advantage.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in electrical and plumbing field.
• Minimum Diploma/ Bac+2
• BTS in Electromechanic. 
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
• Holder of a valid driving license

• Available to work on a shift basis

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To repair and troubleshoot machineries.
• Maintenance of production tools and equipment to minimize the downtime.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems.
• To monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
• Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
• To initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Help in designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are respected
