Technical Support Engineer (1741-TSE)

Our client is a leading software publisher specialising in contact centers and customer interactions solutions, active in 30 countries and with a growth of 20% in 2016. One of its main product, a program designed specifically for contact centers, has proven to be a very reliable software on all 5 continents, providing the highest productivity gain to its customers.

Already established in MAURITIUS since last year, the company is seeking to recruit for an intelligent and experienced Technical Support Engineer to reinforce its Support Team. The profile we are looking for must have the following skills:

• Windows/Linux Insttallation and Setup
• Network: IP  routing and Firewall
• MS SQL Server: database queires, installation
• Knowledge of Asterisk, SIP or programming language is an asset
• Excellent communication analytic skills
• Good Customer service minset
• Good self-learning ability, willingness to learn new technologies and curiosity
• open for feedback and flexible
• Capable to work under pressure
• Fully bilingual in written and spoken French and English
• Good Grammer spelling

We are looking for the right profile in terms of attitude and motivation. Qualifications is an asset, but we are more interested about what you can offer and the experience you have gained.
