Our client in the sales sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive with a main focus on Airconditioning (Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Medical projects).
The role includes new client prospection, quotation follow-up, and project support until installation and handover.
Responsibilities:
Prospection & Business Development (Airconditioning Priority):
- Identify and develop new clients.
- Cold calling, field visits, networking and lead generation.
- Understand customer needs and propose the right HVAC/AC solution.
Sales & Project Follow-Up:
- Prepare quotations and follow-up consistently until deal closure.
- Coordinate internally with technical teams for site visits, planning & installation.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project cycle (from offer to completion).
Reporting & Market Intelligence :
- Maintain pipeline reporting / CRM updates.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and pricing feedback.
Support to Other Product Categories (Secondary) :
- Provide cross-support to other company products when needed (STIHL, BISSELL, Bardahl, CFL Flooring).
Profile:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally HVAC / building services / construction-related.
- Strong "hunter" mindset + disciplined follow-up.
- Comfortable with field visits, targets, and project coordination.
- Organised, proactive and customer-oriented.
- Valid driving licence (mandatory).
- Clean Certificate of Morality (mandatory).
Advantage :
- HVAC technical knowledge (split units, cassette, ducted, VRV/VRF, ventilation basics).
- Experience dealing with industrial or medical environments.
- Tender / corporate sales exposure.
