Espace Maison Ltée is recruiting a skilled and proactive Technical Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Espace Maison’s buildings, infrastructure, and technical assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure the upkeep of company premises, assets, and infrastructure.

• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective in-house solutions.

• Source, evaluate, and supervise external contractors to ensure cost-efficient, timely, and high-quality outcomes.

• Oversee renovation and upgrade projects with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Conduct regular inspections and prepare asset condition and maintenance reports.

• Supervise gardening and outdoor maintenance teams to ensure a clean and visually appealing environment.

• Uphold company health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher School Certificate with a Diploma in Civil, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar technical/maintenance role.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawings.

• Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.

• Experience in air conditioning, plumbing, and building systems will be an advantage.
