To organize and provide in-house training to frontlines and technicians across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To organize and provide in-house training to frontlines and technicians across the company.
- To update procedures as and when required.
- To ensure that all technical staff are trained on safety measures.
- To ensure that all technical work instructions are updated and implemented across all units of the Technical department.
- To ensure follow-up and implementation of new projects within the department.
- To submit technical reports on defined KPI.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical qualifications.
- 1-2 years experience in the field.
- Ability to interpret and write technical reports.
- Knowledge of networking and telecommunications.
- Advanced knowledge in IT.
- Conversant in report and procedure writing.
