Your Mission
The Team Leader Sales Supportcarries out a number of functions to help sales support officer (SSO) do their job more effectively. The SSSC ensure that the SSO contact the salesforce to arrange appointments or to update them on the status of a request or queries. The SSSC monitor and ensure that the process flow is followed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular operational and financial reporting to Head OfficeDevelop a work plan, on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis, according to availability and capacity of team members.
- Facilitate communication with the team members, relaying information promptly to enhance team efficiency and spirit.
- Participate in the performance appraisal of team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Coach team members upgrade their competencies. Monitor strict adherence of team members to internal rules and regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly report on SSO activity and Monthly sales figures)
- Send Individual report to agents (Production & portfolio).
- Provide support to the Salespersons and the Agencies cluster.
- Provide support in administrative tasks (Recruitment, FSC follow up with Legal Dept).
- Assist our agents in analyzing and proposing insurance solution for HNW and in handling complex issues.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Management
- Minimum 3 Years' experience, preferably in insurance or a regulated financial service environment
- Strong communication skills in English and French
