Team Leader - Proposal & Onboarding

DTOS is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Proposal & Onboarding to oversee the proposals and client onboarding function across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the proposals and onboarding function, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
• Maintain and improve proposal templates, pricing matrices, and product catalogues.
• Oversee the proposal lifecycle from business development handover to client acceptance.
• Coordinate with tax advisors and subject matter experts to ensure accurate corporate tax inputs where applicable.
• Supervise client onboarding, ensuring complete, compliant, and approval-ready client files.
• Approve service agreements and ensure timely initiation of billing processes.
• Ensure ERP/CRM data accuracy for proposals and new client records.
• Monitor KPIs such as turnaround times, conversion rates, and onboarding efficiency.
• Participate in the client acceptance committee, providing input on risks, commercial terms, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8 years’ experience in corporate, fiduciary, or professional services, with strong exposure to proposals and client onboarding.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and client acceptance processes.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex client requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
