Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Health Insurance team to ensure high-quality service delivery across claims administration, policy servicing and renewals.
• Lead and manage the renewal process for health insurance clients with particular focus on large and key corporate accounts.
• Actively contribute to sales and business development activities, including the acquisition of new health insurance business.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, benefit comparisons, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations alongside senior management and sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers and other key stakeholders.
• Review complex cases and escalated medical claims and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality standards
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurer requirements and regulatory obligations
• Prepare management reports on renewals, new business acquisition, portfolio performance, retention, and claims trends.
• Review and validate policy and claims documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
