The Team Leader plays a critical role in managing and supervising data entry tasks. This position
requires a hands-on approach to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and team productivity.
The Team Leader will coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and maintain high data quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of data entry operators.
- Oversee daily data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain data entry procedures to enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and rectify errors.
- Provide training and support to new and existing team members.
- Coordinate with other departments and shops to resolve data-related issues.
- Preparing Monthly Customs report
- Assist management team as per reports needed
Qualifications
- HSC
- Proven experience as Team leader or similar role will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
