To ensure the full Compliance of the Financial interests of the company and to assist in the effective and efficient operation of the department.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION:
  • Provides assistance to all departments for back office related tasks in a timely manner
  • Provides staff supervision and training in order for the department to fulfill its responsibilities
  • Ensures compliance with the company’s anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations
  • Ensures all policies and procedures communicated by the Head of Back Office are implemented and followed accordingly
  • Reports to the Head of Back Office for the daily operations.
  • Checks KYC documents and activates accounts
  • Checks Corporate accounts
  • Monitors External and Internal translations
  • Creates KPI report to effectively monitor performance of the department
  • Creates and updates the Back Office manual according to any changes in procedures
  • Communicates in order to create or update KYC procedures along with Compliance Department
  • Monitors accounts as per AMLCO reporting guidelines
  • Creates and updates Canned responses
  • Prepares the Rota to ensure proper coverage of shifts
  • Processes and monitors client deposits, investigates and processes client withdrawal requests, and internal/external transfers
  • Provides assistance to all departments for back office related tasks in a timely manner
  • Provides staff supervision and training in order for the department to fulfil its responsibilities
  • Processes and monitors bonus operations
  • Ensures compliance with the company’s anti-fraud policy by conducting thorough investigations
  • Ensures all policies and procedures communicated by the Head of Back Office are implemented and followed accordingly
  • Conducts security checks of clients via telephone, requests additional documentation and communicates with banks and processors
  • Assists clients with general finance inquiries
  • Updates the Back Office manual according to any changes in procedures
  • Provides daily screenshots of payment gateway balances for accounting reconciliation
  • Motivates the department in order to optimise performance
  • Provides continuous training to new and existing employees
  • Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
