Team Leader

The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, leading teams, attending site meetings, and reporting to the Project Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our construction management team. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, leading teams, attending site meetings, and reporting to the Project Manager. Job Description

• Read shop drawings.
• Check work in progress of all jobs.
• Check daily time sheet reports from foreman.
• Manage efficiency of workshop.
• Communicate with Project Manager and do reporting.
• Do regular meetings with foreman and team leaders.
• Inform management of any issues related to sites.
• Plan and delegate tasks to foreman.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum HSC or Diploma in related field would constitute an advantage.

• Valid driver's license (3.5 tons) and clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction, preferably in the metal or steel industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and equipment.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
