As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation’s recruitment strategy by executing effective hiring processes and delivering exceptional candidate experience.

 

Reporting to the Team Leader - Talent Acquisition, you will help attract, engage, and secure top talent across various functions, contributing to the growth and success of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their career in talent acquisition.

 

Responsibility
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams.
  • Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by supporting fair and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the Team Leader - Talent Acquisition.
  • Stay informed on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for people.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
