We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development initiatives. This role is pivotal in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and professional growth across all departments
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs aligned with brand standards and operational goals
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop tailored learning solutions
- Facilitate engaging workshops, onboarding sessions, and leadership development programs
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive performance improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to support career progression and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in training or L&D within the hospitality industry (luxury segment preferred)
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
- Fluent in English and French
- Certification in training or hospitality management is an advantage
