RESPONSIBILITIES To provide administrative support to our HR Department – from 01.09.25 to 31.05.26

 

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum HSC

Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies and/or Office Procedures.

Experience in secretarial and administrative jobs an advantage

IcT literate - fully conversant with Microsoft Office

Knowledge of SICORAX HR, an advantage

FLUENT in English and French

Be highly organised with good attention to details

Skilled in working both independently and as part of a team

The ability to perform whilst under pressure and be prepared to take challenges

 IMPORTANT NOTE
