Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with customers and partners to identify and resolve issues.
2. Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues.
3. Targeted monitoring – Proactive Mail
4. Respond to inquiries by phone (Aircall), email and ticket management tool (Salesforce)
5. Installing and configuring hardware and software.
6. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
7. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
8. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
9. Following up with customers and partners to ensure the problem is resolved.
10.Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
11. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
12. Documentation of procedures and drafting of relevant reports
