Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, he/ she will be responsible for the whole functioning and smooth running of the Sustainability program, while ensuring proper implementation and providing innovative solutions to ever-changing environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (which are not exhaustive)
- Implement Quality Management Standards (Sofitel WW Brand Standards) as established by the Accor/ Sofitel Brand throughout the hotel in all departments by regular interventions and working/audit sessions on the job and off the job.
- Lead the Green Key Certification Program
- Liaising with Department Managers to ensure close follow up of the overall sustainability practices and challenges
- Conduct Risk Management Assessment
- Collect data for Corporate Social Responsibility and be responsible for publication of same
- Requisition and maintaining materials and equipment
- Implementation of KPIs, Reports, Audits
- Ensure that the Green Key Certification program is well implemented and according to the Brands
- Planning, Leading, Organising and Controlling Sustainability practices in compliance with all contracts, laws, rules and regulations.
- Assisting in business continuity for the success of the Green Key Certification Program
- Work alongside with HACCP, Green Key, Winnow, ISO and others
- Encourage energy efficiency and environmental friendly practices
- Conduct trainings
- Maintain good administration of the office
- Perform any other cognate duties as assigned by the management
Academic / Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Degree in the field of Sustainability or related field
- At least 2 years in related position
