Reneworld Ltd is currently looking for a Survey & Project Supervisor to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team.
The Survey & Project Supervisor oversees Survey and Project Preparation activities to ensure projects are structured, consistent, and installation-ready.This is a key operational leadership role responsible for leading and developing the teams, ensuring accountability, performance, and alignment with company standards. As a hands-on leader and problem solver, the Supervisor ensures highquality project readiness and a smooth, controlled client experience from the early stages.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Supervision
• Oversee all survey and project preparation activities
• Plan and manage survey capacity and priorities
• Ensure compliance with approved templates and SOPs
• Guarantee quality, completeness, and consistency of deliverables
• Validate installation readiness
• Identify and escalate non-standard cases
2. Leadership & People Management
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations
• Monitor team performance and enforce accountability
• Build a disciplined, results-driven work environment
• Identify training and development needs
• Handle complex people or priority issues
• Ensure adherence to company standards and processes
3. Problem Solving & Decision Making
• Analyze non-standard or complex cases and propose practical solutions
• Balance technical, operational, timeline, and client constraints
• Take ownership of decisions within defined authority
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework
• Escalate critical issues with structured recommendations
4. Client Experience & Risk Management
• Own client experience during survey and preparation phases
• Ensure scope clarity and validation before installation
• Identify and manage operational and technical risks
• Minimize delays, complaints, and disputes linked to preparation gaps
Education / Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy), Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical fields
OR
• Proven experience in solar PV, construction, or technical project environments with exposure to surveys, project preparation, client coordination, and installation readiness
Professional Experience
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in solar PV, technical surveys, project coordination, or construction operations
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or people management role
