We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Assistant to join our Marine Department.
The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of marine insurance processes, ensuring efficient administrative support and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance policies, ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and intermediaries.
- Provide policy information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Higher School Certificate.
- Certificate/Diploma in Insurance will be an advantage.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Organised, detail oriented and motivated self-starter.
- Be conversant with MS Office Tools.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Good written and oral skills in English and French.
