Supply Chain Coordinator

Winners is looking for a dynamic candidate to join its team!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and stocking of sufficient products in Warehouse as per defined stock strategy
• Work on forecast given by Commercial Team for Forecasting and other Commercial actions and share same with Team
• Work out weekly Orders to ensure we have a ‘Taux De Detention’ at Warehouse as instructed by Procurement Executive
• Follow up of  required permits from specific Ministries where required
• Follow up of orders with Suppliers and Freight Forwarders and Warehouse
• Ensure METI is loaded with all required info (Orders) as and when required
• Liaise with Warehouse to ensure proper communication in terms of Arrival of containers, over and out of stocks situation
• Provide all required Docs to Finance Dept for costing

Other Requisites

• Higher School Certificate
• 1 year of experience in Retail, Manufacturing sector or any similar environment
• Conversant with MS Office package
• Good understanding of the local FMCG sector or Retail business can be an advantage
• Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Detail and results-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
