Beachcomber Catering is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their business unit as Supervisor in traysetting.
Main Responsibilities:
•To supervise artisans working in traysetting section;
• Responsible for managing equipment and food product in the traysetting section
• Ability to conduct an inventory
• Should be able to read a galley loading plan & specification
Qualifications and profile:
• Sc or equivalent
Other Requirements:
•High level of integrity
•Passionate about service
•Good communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure
•Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
•Willingness to work odd hours and, weekends and public holidays
•A clean certificate of character is a must
