Our client is seeking to recruit a Supervisor who will be report to the Manager-Client Administration. The incumbent will assist the Manager in contributing to the growth within the division and to ensure that the specific allocated tasks are carried out efficiently and diligently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishment of new entities.
  • Attend to correspondence within 48 hours.
  • Quality of work provided to clients must be accurate and complete.
  • All complaints must be attended within 24 hours.
  • Attend at least 1 technical training to upskill in field of specialty.
  • Increase business knowledge of the team/ department by organising client business review sessions.
  • Outstanding list submitted to Manager every Friday (soft skills) planning &management of workload).
  • Annexures submitted to direct reporting line within 2 weeks from receipt of WIP following implementation of Timesheet /Issuance of invoice.
  • Documents are properly updated on Sharepoint at all times.
  • Annual Client risk scoring sheet is competed by 30th June every year and maintained on file.
  • Statutory filings under your portfolio are done within prescribed timeframe as required by the local Authorities.
  • Timesheet appropriately recorded in billable tasks on NavOne.
  • Coaching of subordinates.
  • Nurturing and monitoring client satisfaction.
Profile:

  • Degree holder or ICSA qualified.
  • Three years relevant experience.
  • Fluent in oral and written English and French.
  • Dynamic, committed and proactive.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Good team player, with strong customer service drive.
