Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Sales Team, Sales Coordinator & Customers to organise and plan the resources for the timely execution of jobs as per priorities and deadline.
• Monitor the productivity and efficiency of Technicians and ensuring that labour hours quoted are respected.
• Control the use of materials, tools and other company assets.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company equipment and tools and ensuring all are in good running conditions.
• Proper recording of all equipment (by brand, model, year, etc.) sold to customers.
• Communicate and liaise with suppliers (both overseas and local) as required.
• Order and stock of required spare parts, through Sales Coordinator, at a reasonable level to cater for routine maintenance (regular orderings) as well as repairs (ad hoc orderings)
• Ensure timely ordering/sourcing of materials for the smooth running of the operations.
• Attend and participate in sales and dashboard meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A recognized Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Having 2 to 3 years relevant working experience at Supervisory level.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

• Profound knowledge in Automotive and mechanic.
• IT Proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Autocad and Outlook)
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Good Leadership abilities.
• Good written and spoken of both English and French.
• Holder of a valid driving license.
