Supervisor

Compagnie de Gros Cailloux Ltée is a member of the UBP Group specialised in the agricultural sector in Mauritius.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join the Nursery department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Supervisory support to the Manager and team members.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of SC or any other relevant qualifications.
• Knowledge of plants would be an advantage.
• At least 3 years' experience in an agricultural environment.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and proactive approach.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
