ABC Academy is looking for a motivated and analytical Strategic Transformation Enabler to support organizational transformation initiatives through structured assessments, capability diagnostics, and strategic insights.
What You’ll Do:
Organizational Assessment & Capability Insights
• Lead structured organizational assessments and capability diagnostics to evaluate effectiveness and readiness for change.
• Conduct organizational analysis and capability mapping to identify gaps, opportunities, and priority areas.
• Translate assessment findings into clear, actionable recommendations to support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align interventions with business objectives and change priorities.
• Support workforce capability alignment, including monitoring implementation outcomes and contributing to recruitment for critical roles where required.
Strategic Transformation & Change Enablement
• Support organizational change initiatives informed by assessment insights.
• Align workforce capabilities with strategic objectives to drive improved performance.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen culture, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor transformation progress and provide feedback to optimize outcomes.
• Work with project teams to support adoption and minimize resistance to change.
Strategy Development & Advisory Support
• Assist in developing people and business strategies informed by organizational insights.
• Conduct research on industry trends, change management practices, and capability-building approaches.
• Prepare strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Summarize complex data and insights into clear, decision-oriented outputs.
Project Management & Optimization
• Manage assigned transformation projects within scope, timelines, and resources.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across teams.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure project success.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend continuous improvements.
• Support or lead Academy-led team-building initiatives and other events that strengthen collaboration and engagement.
Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational assessment and transformation topics.
• Participate in workshops, strategy sessions, and collaborative forums.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of outputs aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Support positioning ABC Academy as a trusted partner in driving organizational effectiveness and strategic change.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to link people initiatives to organizational goals.
• Solid project coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
• Practical understanding of organizational change and transformation enablement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in organizational development, change management, HR advisory, strategy, or transformation-related roles.
