JOB SPECIFICATIONS •Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. •Audit of compliance to operational procedures and instructions. •Monitor the store of equipment and materials •Ensure that all in-going & outgoing movements are managed and recorded correctly •Perform inventories as and when required •Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety/the safety of others is not jeopardized to maximize the guarantee of a minimum level of product/service quality and environmental impact. •Conducts inventories on the products and equipment in storeroom •Verification of the goods received should be mandatory as per policy applied accordingly as per list on requisitions or invoices received. •Ensure that all in-going & outgoing movements are managed and recorded correctly •Take accountability of all stocks and ensure arrangement of stock according to requirements and established procedures •Ensure clean, tidy and safe working environment •Responsible for upkeep of store. •Receiving, picking, issuing and delivery of goods and raw materials should be carried out with proper documentation. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: •Minimum HSC or equivalent •At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar position. •Well verse in Microsoft office tools •Excellent communication skills. •Able to work under pressure. •Good time management. •Good leadership skills.
