Store Clerk - Trianon

Espace Maison Ltée is recruiting a dynamic and self-motivated Store Clerk to assist in the day-to-day running of the activities of its shops located at Trianon.

Key Result Areas:

• Ensure products that are being dispatched are of good quality and of the right quantity
• Ensure all documents are verified, signed and up to date
• Ensure that all goods are acknowledged by receipt from the supplier(s)
• Take note of any damaged parts and liaise with the Warehouse Manager on actions to be taken regarding the broken parts/products
• Undertake the handling, storage, loading and delivery of goods
• Ensure that only authorized personnel are driving the forklifts and that they abide strictly to rules and regulation
• Do continuous stock inventory
• Health & Safety and work ethic

Required profile:

• Minimum Qualification: Higher School Certificate (HSC)
• Able to work odd hours
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and efficient in time management
• Flexible, organized and pro-active
• Prioritizing wok in an effective manner
