Assist Storekeeper in receiving & issuing of consumable and non-consumable goods as to ensure the safe storage of products as per Standards

5 | Assist in ensuring high level of quality services are delivered at agreed time schedule | |||||||
6 | Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel | |||||||
7 | Ensure correct stock rotation and that issues are effected on a First in - First out basis | |||||||
8 | Assist physical stocktaking of all items in store at stipulated intervals | |||||||
9 | Minimize wastage | |||||||
10 | Check expiry date of products | |||||||
11 | Regular update on the temperature of food stuffs in cold storage while doing receiving of products | |||||||
12 | Ensure energy saving (electricity, water) | |||||||
13 | Ensure a strict control of access to the Store section | |||||||
14 | Inspect all incoming materials and verify quantity with purchase order | |||||||
15 | Ensure that goods received are of the same quality and quantity ordered, reports cases of non-delivery and sub-standard deliveries to the Accounts department and email suppliers to send credit note for items not received | |||||||
16 | Store all received materials in its designated locations | |||||||
17 | Receive store requisitions and ensure that all issues are made against requisitions, and that no items leave the storeroom without the appropriate approval signature | |||||||
18 | Perform the filing of all store issues and good receipt notes | |||||||
19 | Follow procedures and SOPs in relation in store | |||||||
20 | Ensure raising of purchasing request | |||||||
21 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units | |||||||
22 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
