The job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive incoming spare parts/ materials and consumer electronic products and prepare outgoing items for delivery, as well as keep all storage areas clean and tidy.
Job Purpose
The job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive incoming spare parts/ materials and consumer electronic products and prepare outgoing items for delivery, as well as keep all storage areas clean and tidy.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stores
- Receive and inspect all items against the purchase order or transfer orders
- Assist customers and employees with any spare parts requests/queries
- Process and follow-up on Customers’ requests/queries and provide prompt feedback
- Prepare goods and relative documents for delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
Requirements
- SC
- A minimum 1-year work experience in the field
- Service-oriented attitude
- Good product knowledge
- Ability to follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Able to work odd hours and under pressure
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
