Sports & Leisure Manager- Paradis Beachcomber

Main responsibilities:

• Plans, develops, and oversees daily operations of the sports, leisure, and wellness activities at the resort.
• Manages and trains a team of instructors, and recreation staff.
• Organizes a diverse program of activities and events for all age groups and guest profiles
• Liaise closely with the Sports & Leisure team of Dinarobin Hotel to coordinate joint events, tournaments, and special activities.
• Manages, trains, and motivates the team to ensure high standards of service and safety.
• Ensures the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of all leisure facilities, including gyms, courts, and equipment.
• Monitors guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
• Collaborates with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and promote resort-wide initiatives.
• Monitors budgets, manages inventory, and ensures high standards of customer service are consistently met.

Qualifications and profile:

• Higher School Certificate and any relevant Diploma / Degree from a Hotel School or from any recognized institution; 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for health, wellness, and guest engagement.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
