Sports Content Agent

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and scheduling of all aspects of the venue sites, including the briefing, creating and management of all promotional banners.
• Setting up Promotional Messages on the MRG Gantry Screens and the SSBT top screens displayed in venues to ensure they are both showing appropriate, contextual marketing and odds based promotional information
• Ensuring all content across the screens are timely, relevant and contextual, using relevant design templates.
• Work with design teams to ensure all screen templates and content are on brand and relevant
• Promotional set up/messages using Racing Post/Paragon CMS to align with MRG and SSBT screens, ensuring that the end-to-end customer journeys are optimal
• Setting up of all promotions in the Playtech back office, including target groups (Tills or SSBTs), game specific, time specific as well as always on hygiene promotions.
• Responsible to update all SSBT Terms & Conditions pages with any new promotional details.
• Deployment of individual menu screens and secondary flex pages (e.g. Horse Racing pages) to specific Venues and Tills/SSBTs
• Assist with competitor/own product and promotions review recommending improvements and highlighting bugs and fixes.
• Able to support the Digital Sportsbook Team with appropriate tasks as and when required.  To include maintenance of Sportsbook front end across all devices, ensuring the content is dynamically updated to reflect real-time sports event, odds and promotion
• Management of TV schedules for venues - if you have a strong interest in sports, you will be able to watch live sports 24/7

• A passion for sports and understanding of the sportsbook market is a huge plus.

• Morning - 10:00 - 19:00 / 11:00 - 20:00
• Mid: 14:00 - 23:00 / 15:00 - 00:00
• Night: 17:00 - 2:00 & 19:00 - 4.00 / 18:00 - 3:00
