Spanish Customer Service Analyst (Spanish & English speaking)

On behalf of our client, we have a fantastic (permanent) opportunity for a Spanish speaker to join a well-known company based in Quatres Bornes. 

The position offers you a variety of tasks, responsibility and the possibility to use your great language skills on a daily basis. In addition, our client has a great reputation and is known for their warm environment. 

Our client is looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and Spanish, available immediately and a great team player:

Skills: 
*Fluent to native level Spanish (verbal & written)
*Previous experience in Customer Service is an advantage
*A strong communicator 

Responsibilities:
*Customer Service 
*Cut surface between departments and customer targets
*Work closely with the sales teams
*Manage product listings 
*Ensure the management of customer promotions
*Build and develop collaborations with local business
