To ensure the day-to-day operations at the Spa and oversee that all common areas runs effectively and efficiently. Contributing to creating a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere to welcome guests.
Administrative Duties
• Carries out all bookings and administration procedures.
• Keeps aware of all organizational charts within Lux Island Resorts.
• Maximises operational knowledge of other areas within the Spa.
• Ensures that the retail displays are replenished and well presented.
• Informs the Spa Manager of any medical conditions or behaviour of guests that is unusual or causes concern.
• Undertakes any other relevant duties as requested by superiors.
Team Management
• Passes-on messages and information to colleagues during briefing sessions.
• Works as a team member, by assisting other team members wherever and whenever possible, as well as working on your own initiative.
Budget Preparation and Cost Control
• Carries out all billing procedures correctly and reports any irregularities to the Spa Manager.
• Achieves retail sales targets through recommendations.
• Keeps an awareness of professional stock levels and advises the Spa Manager as/when purchase orders need to be made.
• Maximises every sales opportunity to achieve sales target.
Stock Management
• Assists the Spa Manager in planning and implementing an accurate and efficient, stock and inventory control, as well as an expedite system of re-ordering.
