To provide advice to guests in choosing the most appropriate wine to accompany their meal and serves wine according to the highest standards.
- Welcomes important guests or groups by sabering champagne.
- Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestion for improvement.
- Provides advice and information to clients and restaurant Team Member on the selection of wine by possessing a thorough knowledge of the menu/all wines on wine list with their prices.
- Handles customer complaints efficiently through appropriate interaction and action and/or referral to Management.
- Takes wine orders and serves guests wishing to taste particular wines.
- Opens wine bottles and serves guests in accordance as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Verifies that wine is served at appropriate temperature.
