Solar Maintenance Officer

Energetix Contracting Ltd is a growing engineering and solar energy company delivering solar maintenance solutions across residential, commercial, and utility projects. We are currently seeking Solar Maintenance Officers to support our expanding operations.

The role involves the safe and effective cleaning of solar panels using approved tools and cleaning solutions, in order to maximise energy output and maintain system longevity. You will work on rooftops and outdoor sites (solar farms) while strictly following health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Key responsibilities include:
• Cleaning solar PV modules using specialised equipment and solutions
• Working at height in compliance with HSE and site safety requirements
• Conducting basic visual inspections and reporting visible defects or damage
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and overall site cleanliness
• Following instructions from site supervisors

Candidate requirements:
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at height
• Safety-conscious, disciplined, and reliable
• Experience in cleaning, construction, or maintenance is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
