Software Development Manager

As a Software Development Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in driving product delivery, engineering excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers.
Drive the delivery of complex software solutions in an Agile environment.
Oversee architectural decisions, code quality, and technical standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
Foster a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture.
Identify risks, resolve technical blockers, and continuously optimize processes.
Manage performance reviews, hiring, and career development of your team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or Lead Engineer.
Strong hands-on background in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Deep understanding of modern software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, cloud deployments).
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
