 Qualifications, skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong academic background or demonstrable technical skills
• Proven experience developing within a web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, etc.)
• Comfortable working with relational databases – PostgreSQL experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
• Passionate about coding, learning, and contributing to meaningful projects

Nice-to-Have (But Not Essential):

• Numpy or Pandas for numerical computing
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Git version control
• Experience with financial systems, cybersecurity awareness, or LaTeX

Job Description:

As a Software Developer, you'll be involved in every stage of the software development lifecycle – from brainstorming new features and writing clean, maintainable code to testing, deploying, and maintaining live systems.

You’ll work closely with a team of developers, accountants, and financial professionals to ensure the platform runs smoothly, scales effectively, and remains secure. You’ll also be encouraged to contribute ideas, mentor peers, and stay up to date with emerging technologies.
