Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Develop digital marketing calendar and oversee digital marketing content and social media platforms to increase engagement and drive acquisition.
• Implement SEO & SEM initiatives to generate traffic, drive the performance of campaigns.
• Beyond social media, content plan for email marketing
• Propose innovative ideas and concepts for social media content.
• Develop partnerships with key influencers to grow our visibility.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviours and competitor activities to identify opportunities to drive growth.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to optimize effectiveness. 

Job Requirements

• Degree holder of Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
• Minimum around 1-3 years' solid relevant working experience in digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce and/ or social media.
• Fluent in English, French and Creole
• Passionate in the digital marketing and e-commerce industry.
• Creative and innovative.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, relationship-building skills, organisational skills and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivated, results-driven, and self-directing. Interested in asking questions, speaking up, and raising concerns when needed.
