Main Responsibilities: -Ensure proper billing of sports activities -Handle and monitor guest complaints -Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvements -Gives relevant and up to date information to guests

Prerequisites:

-SC level or equivalent,professional training and experience

-Valid Skipper Lisence

-Fluent in both English & French
