Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Coordinate and manage on-site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Oversee finishing works including tiling, plastering, painting, and other interior finishes.

• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve on-site issues.

• Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders for progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in finishing works.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering the highest quality work.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read plans, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
