We are seeking a skilled Site Inspector to carry out structural and civil inspections across various project sites.

Main Responsibilities:
Carry out inspections for reinforcement, formwork, and other structural elements before casting.
Inspect drainage systems, soil compaction, and precast elements at the precast yard.
Attend inspection requests and visit various project sites across the island.
Refer to the latest drawings on the GCC platform and follow project-specific inspection guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of inspections using photos, checklists, and signed inspection sheets.
Prepare reports on quality issues and follow up on corrective actions with the site team.
Assist in the development and regular updates of quality control checklists.
Key Skills:
Solid understanding of structural engineering and construction practices.
Good judgement for minor on-site decisions and ability to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
Clear and effective communication; works well in a team environment.
Willingness to share knowledge and actively support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural inspections. Experience with civil works is a definite advantage.
