We are currently seeking a highly skilled Site Agent to lead our projects with expertise, efficiency, and a commitment to safety.

The Role

As our Site Agent, you will be the primary driving force on-site. You will ensure projects execute on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the central hub for coordination—managing teams, overseeing subcontractors, and serving as the key point of contact for Project Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Drive site operations and ensure all project milestones remain on track.

• Resource Management: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, internal labor, and suppliers to optimize productivity.

• Compliance & Excellence: Champion quality control and strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance across all site activities.

• Project Documentation: Maintain meticulous site records, including progress reports, daily logs, and labor timesheets.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain professional relationships.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and implement strategic solutions to maintain workflow and safety standards.

Who You Are

• Experience: 7–8 years of proven experience as a Site Agent or in a senior site management role within a major construction company.

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, civil engineering principles, and local safety regulations.

• Leadership Mastery: Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and organise complex site logistics.

• Analytical Skills: Highly skilled at reading and interpreting architectural/structural drawings and technical specifications.

• Education: Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (Degree or Diploma preferred).

• Mobility: A valid Mauritian driver’s license is mandatory.
