• Provide remote support to users via phone and teleassistance tools. • Assist clients with Payroll parameter setup and configuration. • Support clients in Payroll processing and issue resolution. • Provide guidance on Sicorax HRMS modules, including HR, ESS, and PMS.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Sicorax Payroll or Sicorax HRMS Payroll.
  • Experience with additional Sicorax HRMS Modules ( HR, ESS, PMS) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including ERA, RO, PAYE, MNS and Pensions.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team spirit and collaboration skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
