• 3 Years experience in hotels or resorts • Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage • Computer Literate • Respect and applied SOPs • Ensure creativity and buzz activities

•	Apply and follow all rules so as to strive the best
•	Optimize all her resources to suit the working environment
•	Respect rules, confidentiality and preserve confidentiality in all circumstances
•	To provide a high standard of service to guests
•	Welcome guests into the shop and kindly offers his/her help
•	Converse with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
•	Carries out duty as per SOPs

•	Increase sales through making suggestions, proposing additional items and making use of suggestive selling techniques

•      Adapting to unexpected situation

•      Ensure profit sustainability of the business
